As the City of Seattle skyline changes and the rest of the U.S. LOOK here to see opportunity building, one can take a peek at all the north end schools getting a much needed face lift. Lake City’s Olympic Hills Elementary is one such example.
Olympic Hills (OHE) starts their last year at Cedar Park. With space at a premium, the year can not go fast enough. Kudos to parents (schedule change) and teachers, as they ‘bend but don’t break’.
Thornton Creek Elementary and Pinehurst Elementary also have new digs. Given all the growth in the city, it is timely that north end students are benefiting from the visioning process. An exciting time for the young ones in our lives.
MC2 begins our fourth year in after school ELL support at Olympic Hills. Also new this year is the change in general after school programming; going from University YMCA to Seattle Parks and Recreation. WELCOME Seattle Parks!
