Homework for Lake City After School Program

September is the time students begin the school year.  Its also time that MC2 hosts training for the Lake City After School Program at Olympic Hills Elementary School. This is the fourth year that the English Language Learning program has operated in partnership with Olympic Hills. With the diversity at the school a reality; it is helpful to teachers and parents that this opportunity can be available. Hosting the program this year will be the Seattle Parks and Recreation.  John Rogers Elementary and Meadowbrook Community Center also are part of the after school equation.  We look forward to the experience and commitment that Seattle Parks offers to the community. MC2’s Sue Wallace will again coordinate programming, teacher communication and PTA input.  Thank you Sue!
