MC2 is back in school, tutoring English language support in the after school format. The need is still great for tutors, so, please spread the word and reach out to your community. This is our twelfth year at Lake City’s Olympic Hills Elementary.
The SHARE coed shelter in Meadowbrook opens back up after a 6 month reorg. With longer hours and a dedicated enrollment effort directly in Lake City, the operation reopens Nov 14 at the Church. The new schedule should be more responsive and supportive to those in need. The shelter first opened in 1996.
After two years of ‘gift cards’ only; our Lake City Holiday Project opens back up to ‘gifts for kids’ mode. We welcome back all the supportive community, including the many retail and civic groups who’ve helped the community in need to get to the other side of Covid.
