It’s what we do. We grow awareness and food for our neighbors in need. Homes, communities and people of faith have been proactive these last 5 years in Meadowbrook around supporting pollinators in our community. Planting native plants and food in our community strengthen the food supply that happens every year in our Lake City District.
MCGO is committed year in and year out to focus on the importance, diligence and need for sharing information, space, planning and BEES for the pollinator effort here. The effort supports a declining bee population world wide. What can we do?
Working together, acknowledging the challenge and being proactive keeps us up to speed on a problem that we all can address. Plant natives, get mason bees in your yard and have a chat with any neighbor that has questions or need’s information. Success starts with all of us, thanks!
